Thanks for the advice to wait 6.5 years. It sounded a bit sarcastic. I guess I misunderstood, my apologies and thanks for your time. Unfortunately waiting till then is something I am trying to avoid. What do you mean a failed dot?
Can I get a job?

Accident while back?????? I lost count of those. I was not a natural. I would say it took me three years for that light to go off. Turns out all you have to do is turn the wheel and the trailer will always move the same way. Turn it the other direction and the trailer will go the other way. Then all you have left to do is get out every once in a while an make sure the place the trailer is going is clear of any objects and continue. Dang. I believe most every but not all drivers have hit something while backing. Stop doing it and you will be fine.
I would think that getting fired will be less of a problem then not having driven for the last spell. If you can still drive you might want to try the mega list. The company that bought out your last company will be a no but others might. It has been long enough that they will send you out with a trainer but your accident is old enough it won't hurt you.
Now if you really think you are not ready to drive then look for a company from Arizona with blue and white trucks. They go slow and already are scratched up. -
