can I lie on a dot physical?

    if you get caught, there will be state, county, & federal penalties that you will have to pay, maybe some jail time. so i say do not lie.

    why would you want to lie??? as i don't agree with all the dot reg's they are they for safty and how would you feel if your meds caused you to crash and you killed someone... don't do it... talk to your doctor about it see what your choices are but don't lie:biggrin_25513:

    Boy, they hire anyone. Maybe this guy has a chance to fall between the cracks. I just hope it's his family he runs over and not mine.

    A word of advice - anyone who needs meds for anxiety attacks should NOT become a truck driver. There are plenty of issues on a daily basis to prompt an attack, and meds won't help if you get worked up enough. Had a buddy bail out of the business under those circumstances.

    Nah, I think the clown was asking a legitimate question in his mind hoping for some support. No doubt the fool is thinking f-them and plans to do exactly as he posted. Thats my opinion though. I do wish the OP would respond though.

    well, ok, I see I shouldn't lie on a physical, do they ever let people who take these meds drive truckes. They really don't cause any driving problems, I race motorcycles and mid engine race cars and I don't take them for seizers
