Can I vape?

Consider that the reason nicotine stays in one's system for 30 days+ is that nicotine is beneficial to the human body.

 

Did you taper off the vape by lowering the nicotine? Ive been vaping for 10 years and want to quit but im scared of withdrawals.

 

I literally just put the vape down one day and never touched it again. I ate shelled sunflower seeds every day for about a month after that. It just takes a little willpower and you’ll be fine. Drink an extra cup of coffee each day to that seems to help. As nicotine and caffeine kind of stimulate your nervous system, the same way.

Hauled fuel for 3 1/2 years the general rule when carting fuel is to always air on the side of caution, when loading or unloading for safeties sake.

 

Rub a little dog poo on the end of that vape , you'll be glad to put it down after that first brief pull . Also works for chapped lipps you'll only lick'em once .

 

I switched from cigarettes to vaping a few years back and I’ve felt better ever since, especially with breathing and just not smelling like smoke all the time. For me, vaping is way more convenient in the truck, especially on long hauls where I don’t want to make a bunch of stops. I always follow my company’s rules and avoid vaping while loading or unloading, but otherwise it’s never been an issue as long as it stays in the cab.
