ok, now i understand...he was driving his car or pick up truck...a smaller vehicle in size, and weights over an 18 wheeler, yet he chose to ride up on the sidewalk and hit someone....how could he have done that...?? if it were an 18 wheeler, i could see where he did not set himself up correctly to make that turn..but a 4 wheeler...??
don't matter they can't find tire tracks......was there snow, slush, or sand that was on the ground to actually see tires tracks, or clean, dry pavement...???
sorry, but right now, when he goes to explain this to any company, do you think they WILL NOT question how he put his vehicle a 4 wheeler mind you, up on a sidewalk and struck a pedestrian..?? was it a Friday or Saturday night...??? was he drinking...?? see where i am going...?? think a trucking company will not pursue such a line of questioning either...??
sorry, but i personally see NO VALID reason why a 4 wheeler would have been on a sidewalk....
unless hubby was a NYC cab driver....!!! (which I HAVE PERSONALLY WITNESSED..!!)
Can somebody help me """""""""""""
