Can someone interpret this?

So is he an owner operator or company driver? Or an O/O that needs me to provide a truck for him? I have no problem dealing with spelling, just not with random words thrown in.

 

First impressions are everything. If you're not great at spelling at least have someone look over what you've written and polish it up a little bit.

 

He must have been working toward a masters degree in communications if he has been out of the game for 5 years.
