Oooh a marital squabble.. Just think how fun it will be when you're in that truck together 24/7...
Got reefer? Thanks this. -
The temp tag from dealer is supposed to be for "intransit" just to get it home to properly register the truck. You are not supposed to be loaded until you have the apportioned tags. We just went through all that.
-
As long as the tags are valid....not expired...I'd say haul what you want.
The only problem I EVER ran into with temp tags was in Colorado...I was under a load of course and the chicken coop wanted to look at everything because of the temp tags. Typical a..holes in Colorado.
My suggestion would be to call the local DPS office Monday and ask. TXDOT website is difficult at best to navigate.
As far as work goes.......SSDD....trying to get my finances in better shape so I can come out and play too. -
OMG I know.
I just hope there aren't any serious injuries.
-
Right because you always hurt yourself trying to hurt me.

I hear ya big red. We been doing the same its been a very tuff road. -
####....I answered the wrong one......MY BAD.
Ya'll sort this out....friendly like.......OK.
I'm getting too old to dive for cover the way I used to
Remember, boys and girls.......Friendly fire.........isn't. -
Yeah I'm gonna call. On the phone they are almost as difficult to navigate.

Good luck with the finances. Gawd knows it wasn't easy to save all this loot but in the end we're hoping it was well worth it.
As for work...... we were planning on working the rest of the month, but the more we realize we have to do the less time I think we'll be working. Now we are just hoping to do another 2 weeks.
-
I already told them about that, Ken.
Hope they read that part.......2 or 3 times.Ken Thanks this. -
Dealer in transit tags are different from a temp prorated tag. you see trucks every day with a temp prorate in the windshield, they are good for 90 days, don't haul a load on a in transit tag, you will be broke before you get started.
Got reefer? and Tankergirl80 Thank this.
