I started my company career in dry van, and only pulled specialized (flatbed, step-deck, curtain side, and one wide load) for a measly 2-3 months before switching back over to dry van and leasing onto the company. Eventually I would like to get back into flatbed work as an O/O but this company doesn't offer flatbed for drivers leased on, and I was wondering if there are any carriers out that that would bring on an O/O with minimal experience.
Can you get into flatbed O/O with minimal experience?

Where's your region?
-
Typically NC, SC, GA, and FL. The <300 mile local rates (Florence, Atlanta, Charlotte triangle) are typically better than the longer mileage rates and a lot of the loads I see I've been to before as company.
