The worst part about traveling for me is that there is no actual dispatcher who wants to call me and say why are you here playing tourist? I pay you to be in Jersey tomorrow and youre late already. I told them you are the best I got, and this is what you do to repay me? I get the boys....

If you've got a Rand Mc Nelly truckers road atlas it will list all the roads in every state where 53' trailers are restricted. Yellowstone NP is mainly in WY restrictions apply to US 191,US 89/287 Moran to Yellowstone, US 212 YNP boundry to Montana state line.

 

I wanted to do some touristy stuff in Yellowstone. I had no problem taking my sleeper bobtail in there. They charged me the rate of a regular automobile.

 

Having driven through the park in a four-wheeler, there's no way in hell I would try to take a tractor-trailer through there even if the National Park Service would allow it.

There are some turns that you are simply not going to get around.
