Yes, 06 I think. Our 07 379's have them on the cab.

Cab mounts are about 2" taller on the 388 than on the 379/119".

The 389 hood is longer then the 379 long hood so not only is the 389 hood taller but it's longer.

You'll also notice a way bigger gap between the front tires and the fender on a 389, the suspension sits higher and it looks dumb in my opinion. This was to allow more airflow under the truck to cool the dpf.

That's an easy fix, use a 5" drop axle in place of the standard 3.5".

Take out the blocks or use a car hauler axle, which I think is what your referring to?

388 was discontinued in 2015. Now they're both 389's. There are actually 3 -389's. 389/131", 389/123", and 389/123" Low Profile (for car haulers only).

Yep! Car hauler axle and Low Low Air Leaf makes a mean setup! Then throw the air ride front axle in (with dump valves), and it gets pretty slick! Probably 90% of the 389's I build and sell are set up like this.

I want to minimize that fender gap but I already push snow in winter with my Bambi basher and I'm on tall 24.5 rubber. I'm debating dropping the front a tad or just putting different fenders to close it up. I think the car hauler axle might be too low for me.

why dont you just put it on airrride then? Airridebyhorse makes the best kits call him up even if you haul heavy it'll work
