    I went through the training with Swift and it was hell but that was back in 03. Back then it was 8 weeks. My opinion is it is going to be like going to any other company a hit or miss.

    Each company's what you make of it. The downside of USXpress, from my point-of-view, is their automatic trucks - shifting a manual truck is not like shifting a car, and not having significant experience with shifting is going to prove to be a major handicap, should you decide to leave USXpress to go work for another company.
