    McDonald's would have been more costly after eating. See bathroom thread. Good choice on eating healthy, it's nice to be able to see your feet and not feel like you're going to die after eating fast food junk

    "Do you want Fries with that?!?" ... i'd'a gotten the fries, put them IN the cantaloupe, and made "dip" out of the avocado. ;) No plateware needed~!! (and protein included..!)

    Never eat "either.." Big Mac's had me NOT from "hello" with the "old" commercial....<< Two all beef (yea right) patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun >>

    They "lost" me on the "special-me beatit" sauce, LoL~!

    As far as the McRibs.... i don't think we have them here in Ohio.... I'll stick to Sonny's BBQ for ribs... and that is STILL a guilt trip, LoL! Better yet, I'll cook my own... or the wife will.

    I 'do' love the McD's fries though. Guilty as charged~!!

    The terminal manager is a big dude, not massively overweight, just a big dude. And the one dispatcher is overweight, and he is really digging in, getting serious, so we are all going to diet together. They've asked me a lot about nutrition, so I gotta walk what I talk.

    Time to go more hard core. Much easier now that winter is over.
