I don't get it. What is it you are looking for when you arrive at a dealer? A red carpet? All that really matters is you get it there without any damage claim and get paid for the haul. You are wanting some kind of royal treatment from the lowest class of life form-a car salesman, and bringing in used stuff you get the low of the low. A used car salesman. It's really not that big of a deal.

    SHO-TYME Thanks this.

Well Mr slant6 do you run your own authority or are you leased on somewhere? If you are just delivering cars in the back of the dealershipship and dealing with porter or inventory person it is much different than dealing with owners, gsm's and buyers. Im not asking for the royal treatment but I would like to see the courtesy and respect that used to be present in this business. The only point I was trying to make was that the people in the car business as a whole seem to be getting ruder by the day. Not just to me at the dealership but also to my office staff and to drivers at the store. If you like being treated the way you are so be it

I rarely have a problem, plus I usually call ahead so they know I'm coming and for what car I'm picking up or delivering, so I don't surprise them when I come in.

I dont remeber saying anything about expierience. There is a difference between the guy who just deals with picking and delivering cars at a dealership and one who has to also deal with the business office also. Just saying my lowbed customers are no where near as rude as my car customers

It's because you are out on the left coast dealing with people in the broke state and they are upset due to that fact and take it out on everyone around them.
Just kidding....breaking the tension a little bit.
