CARB question.

i can't tell you on revoking. that's all hear say. but i'm sure there's some hand shaking going on somewhere.

can't tell you about fines. from what i've heard so far on radio, and read on TTR, it's all been companies. and 6 digits are the numbers.

as for certain checkpoints. people have been talking about the scales. again, i don't know. but i guess we'll ALL find out come end of year when that new scale on the 15 opens up.

 

Negatory... Only people who registered with the CARB mafia before 1/31/2012 can do so. 94-95 engines have untill 12/31/2016.

 

They are issueing citations from one of the videos I saw the fine was 800.00. They are setting up random's at the scale houses because they are inspectors they can't pull you in for inspection they have to have a law officer stop you, then they'll inspect your truck to see if its complaint. The videos I saw were on face book, and they're smart phone videos from a driver refusing to be tested.

 

94 an 95 engines are good until 1/1/16 not 12/31/16
