Use South Dakota residence to avoid state income taxes, but don't register to vote.

Used to, then Escapees pulled out. Now you have to actually rent a place to live; apartment, condo, house, RV space, etc.

 

I love Nevada though. My two favorite states to live in are Nevada and Florida. I've lived in both and really miss Florida.

 

Planning for failure? Not being a buster, but your focus is wrong. If the trainer doesn’t smell and he can do the job without hitting anything, he’s good enough. You can learn from him.
