Career change

Yeah its crazy times. But it is what it is I guess, I will jump through the hoops...

 

Yeah, oh well. Don’t mind my whining (I don’t do it very often), trucking is a good profession.

 

Well I am hoping to be in school next month or in a company school by Feb.

 

Check a local community college. Hit up financial aid and FASFA.

I am going company training route. That route they will pay for it but you will be under contract... usually a year.

 

I put in the paper work today for the state to pay, If that doesn't work out, then company route it will be.. who are you going with?

 

It’s not 100% decided, but probably FFE. I’ve got a conditional job offer from them and I’m just waiting for the new year. If nothing changes then off to Lancaster I go.

Haul their reefers for at least a year, maybe longer then take it from there provides I don’t roll my truck or drive off a cliff

 

That is good, I have talked with CFI and Schneider...

 

CFI is pretty good from what I hear. I talked with them too. But went more with FFE because reefers has more night driving.

 

Does FFE do all 48?
