That's really not a big deal. When you fill out applications, just put it down as it happened and move on. I had the exact same experience and I still got hired . You're still going to have to start out with a "starter company". I did a year with FFE before I moved on up. Five years later, I've got my own truck.

Not quite sure what you're talking about. If you're not getting hired out of school, it's not because of a fender bender, I assure you.

How do u figure noone would hire you before this accident? There's so many training companies. You can't as a potential driver start at the top with a company that requires a yr exp.Its just not going to happen. Now about the accident, how much damage was done to the parked car?You seem very negative from the get go.There's companies that will hire you.If one turns you down so what, get back up and try another company. But first throw that negativity away.

Not true at all. Go find out who your local fuel haulers are, then get your tanker and HazMat endos along with a TWIC Card, and you're on your way. Coastal is a good place to start if they are in your area.

I started hauling fuel right out of school, then moved on to hauling crude, then back to fuel. And hauling fuel is about as easy as it gets.

I wouldn't even mention the fender-bender. Even if they do find out, I doubt they'll say anything, since it was a POV.

You may be able to find something local. Are there any aggregate companies out your way? Sometimes they will train you in belly dump and supers,
