    You should see what their pay is. My sister works for Echo Logistics who deal with Cargill. And lately the rates are mental. $1.60-1.80 for a dry can load from them….

    I work with them directly, as a company. So no orientation. They are trustworthy in my experience and a pleasure to work with. Lots of options in their realm, since they got their hands on a lot of things.
