cargo claim

    I had a cargo claim filed against me from the company, while i was hauling budweiser beer the load shifted and some cases spilled inside the trailer,i was just wondering does that go on my dac?

    I doubt that will go on your DAC. I've had load shift before and never had it show up. It's not the same as an accident or an incident.

    If it was hazmat, it might be a different story. But beer? It all depends on how much of d***heads your company wants to be.
