That's also a good idea, I'd be much more interested in that one. Though in that case I think you could get into county and municipality regs too, I'll look into it the next time Walmart takes forever lol.

I doubt they could make rules to the Federal Interstates... That would be them setting the speed limit... Sure they have input for their area but doesn't the State set the rules for limited access roads? I am not totally sure about it.

You might be right. Ramps fall into a weird area though. They don't always fall under federal or state jurisdiction. And access roads can be considered local routes. I'll have to do alot of research on this to get a good answer, but I am interested because it'd be handy to know.

Me too... I parked on an on ramp once (newbie here) as I had seen others do it and a fellow driver asked what State I was in. Luckily it was legal to do it there but I had not thought about it being an issue until then.

Is there a net for top bunk? I have a 2015 freightliner cascadia and I see no way of putting one for top bunk. Any clue? I mean I can make one but I can't find one made for top bunk which I prefer original look lol

This is my take on this subject,
It is illegal to sleep on the top bunk while in motion.
It is illegal to store any thing on the top bunk.
As a matter of fact the top bunk is supposed to be folded up while in motion.
A restraining device is required if in the bunk while in motion.
Any thing ''loose'' in the cab/bunk is illegal. hard hats, cooler, tools etc are supposed to be secured.
    Pets too.
I know nobody does this, but just the facts.
