A bit late, but I know Hogan both trains and has a few car hauling teams.
One more thing... they pay hourly. It's pretty nice, actually. As a solo driver, I was making $27/hr - about $2300/wk before taxes/insurance and taking home about $1700 every Friday. Teams make a little more per person, but I don't know the figures. I just know there's money to be made if you're willing to put in the work.

You are the first to mention two people in a bucket.
    Great observation.

5 or 7 car on a high mount would be great for a team. Being able to stand cannot be underestimated.

Yes, I do have space for an additional team member. Currently, I have a 7 car hi mount located in Pomona, CA (Los Angeles, CA).

The route for this truck is Los Angeles to Texas.
