A bit late, but I know Hogan both trains and has a few car hauling teams.
One more thing... they pay hourly. It's pretty nice, actually. As a solo driver, I was making $27/hr - about $2300/wk before taxes/insurance and taking home about $1700 every Friday. Teams make a little more per person, but I don't know the figures. I just know there's money to be made if you're willing to put in the work.

5 or 7 car on a high mount would be great for a team. Being able to stand cannot be underestimated.

Are there any car hauling companies that have lease purchase

Most people don’t succeed with a lease purchase.

I don’t know anything about these guys, other than I used to deliver in their neighborhood, in Naples, FL. They offer paid training and run condos, which would work for a team. I’d reach out to them and see what options they might have to offer.
