Ya know, I will never knock someone for making a sacrifice for past wrongs in order to get their life back in order. We've all been there, some to a larger degree than others.

But I'm sorry....for the numbers I'm seeing here, there is no way in Hades I'd work for that. Absolutely would not. Hell, this is prostitution, nothing more. And, to be sure I'm understanding, I'm assuming both drivers are making the .10 cpm. Even in that case, that is horrible. I remember an instructor in the trucking school I attended in 1993 that returned to teaming with his wife, and that's what they were making back THEN!

Clearing $500 a week is pretty fair considering most of the circumstances they face. I think Carolina cargo fully exploits the situation but at the same time they're giving chances.

 

Something still doesn't seem right. Is that the per-deim pay? The taxable income, and below there is the non-taxable income? That's how my company does the stubs.

 

yeah I can never read them right either...seems what it shows and what i actually get are two different amounts.. have to go in and fight them everytime..

 

I currently work there and have been there for 3 months. I average between 5000 - 7000 miles a week. My smallest check was about 550 and largest check was over 850. I average over 550 a week.

 

Is that teams? Cause thats like 1000 miles a day.
