they had me with 3 drivers in order that all had a problem. the first driver i had got us stuck in a church parking lot, the 2nd guy couldnt read a map and 2nd guy was scared to drive in a 4 lane highway at night time.....
-
now let me explain how carolina cargo operates...u see the 3 times ive worked for them i had no choice....but those 3 times i worked for them i figured them out...you see i worked there when it wasn't billy it was a guy named calvin. you see atthat time they actually charged you for ideling the truck. they charged both of you 50 bucks each time you had the truck running. and most of the time its when we are parked and were sleeping. and it gets hot in those trucks. then then charge u for callin dispatch on your phone. and they also keep you out to where if u dont have any money you do advances and when u go to california its expensive out there so you end up spending half your check out there. and by the time u get back to the yard some how you owe them money
-
and back then they didnt have forced dispatch which actually made up for the 10 cent a mile and tryin to get experience cuz u could go out and comeback and stay out for a week or so. but i go back to work my 2nd go around....now they had a new front office there...billy was new to me and calvin was gone....but they still had the chargeing for idleing but they took out the no forced dispatch and made you do 3 trips to cali before getting a day off. and those trips usually took up to a month. and by the 2nd or 3rd trip to cali your ready to throw somebody on there head
-
now this 3rd and final time i worked for them they changed all kinds of stuff. they took out the chargeing for idleing and instead they now charge you for missing fuel stop and going out of fuel routes. so if you happen to miss an exit or u have to go to walmart to get #### so u can survive they charge you. here in a 2nd im gona explain how they screw u at carolina cargo when it comes to your money....
-
ok first they keep your first check int he hole. which is okay accept....by the time you get back to the yard you can pretty much kiss anything you have bought before u went to carolina cargo that you have to make payments on and u can pretty much forget getting a place that u have pay by the month cuz you aint gona see but 1 check a month. since they pay you by the trip. the 2nd way they screw u is you cant get paid unless you make a trip to the west coast and back so they can keep you running up and down the east coast and not pay you. and they only give you 50 bucks in advance for the way to the west coast andthe way back so if your str8 broke before u come to work there....on one of the trips your gona go with out food, drinks and anything else u need cuz by the time theyre ready for u to go out west you have spent all your money on food and you probably have eatten it all already. u see and then there how they pay you which is on the efs card...that charges you when u use it at an atm....hey on the side for those u who work at cargo i found out something on how u can get your money off of that card with out being charged......go to walmart they act just like a debit card there and u can even get money off of your card if you go thru the line. but cargo keeps u doin that so that you have to stay on the road for them. they make sure u have nothing to go home to. and when u leave there and u wanna find another job good luck with that. cuz i havebeen trying to get another job and i have had companies wanting me but they cant get intouch with anybody at cargo to confirm that i worked for them...
-
now i got one thing to say to jimmy crowder.....when you go and do your 5 yrs in prison for tax evasion from 2007 to 2010 for those trucks u didnt pay taxes on.....i hope those inmated screw you everyday and every night. and i wish i could get you to callme and tell me how it feels to get screwed everyday cuz thats what you did to me and thats what you do to every driver thats comes to work for you. and to the dispatchers.....for DEE...i remember u told me on the people net crap that you love your job and that you have no prob with cargo or getting paid. u told me that when i ask for an advance and u told me no and i told u i had no money or food at all and yall kept me on the east coast for 3 weeks and you told me i had to come back from cali before i could get another advance....and you told me that me starveing was not your problem.....well when jimmy does his 5 yrs and cargo go out of business hopefully...i wish i could be there sitting on one of those couches and watch you complain about how they screw u over money and everything and then im gona tell you the same #### u told me. the only one there thats okay to work for and i wish he had his own truckin company cuz i bet he would be a good dude to work for is billy.
-
hey dude the 3000 mile aweek they actually had us do. they run you to death man. but they pay you by the trip so you have to do a trip and get back to the yard and get ready to do a turn around to get paid. and it was 450 a week. when i first ran with them i actually made 650 a trip but got paid once a month pretty much. and yes it is 10 cent.
-
Well you just stupid for letting this happen cause I get a paycheck every week and my trips take 7 days to get back. Maybe you are the problem. The only problem I have is the 10 cents they pay but I get at least 6000 every week and I never break down in the new International I drive.

You can't drive if all you get is 1 check a month
