this is the worst company ever. terrible equipment . dispatch is the worst. they could care less about you. they rush to get you to California and then you sit. no detention pay or lay over pay. i sat for up to four or five days. then it takes you 2 or more days to pick up and you still aren't making any any money. but if you need the experience then you have to do what you have to do.they take full advantage of that and only pay 10 cents a mile.on top of that you get treated like well you know.

after hours support is hit and miss if you get someone then your good as gold for your after hours event/issue otherwise your waiting on office hours for help. not good for 24/7 industry. expect to do all your own load information such as address phone numbers and appointment times they only have names for where your picking up.

I got paid more than that 35 yrs ago.

 

The pay is low, .22 cpm split for all dispatched miles. Also has bonus for fuel mileage, on time delivery, on time pickup, etc.It's a good company for those needing a second chance. I've worked for less @ 8 1/2 cpm and yes, it was worth it to get started. Sissies need not apply.

 

so you highly recommend C.C but not werner or crete howcome?

 

Werner & Crete are wuss companies.

 

why because they have slow trks and Crete has cameras in their trks?you consider that a wuss company????? At least with Crete you get paychecks werner they do pay detention.what is it about cc that impresses you?
