Carrier Assure

Total marketing hustle.

 

Carrier 411 will email the report to the email on file when you established your authority.

 

It's initials are California. Tells you everything.

 

With rainbow colors also.

 

They are separate companies. Just noting that 411 sends your report and allows you to reply without a subscription. Unlike Assure who apparently makes you subscribe, as if a driver would ever need the services of Assure.

 

Carrier Assure's platform allows anyone to sign up for free and then leave reviews on any carrier they want. For example, you could sign up for free as "Americas Best Freight Brokerage Ever" as a company name. Then enter a carrier MC# of someone you didn't like and leave a review saying they stole your load.

There's a youtube video called: Carrier Assure Flaw that shows exactly this. Someone made it and took (2) carriers score from a C to an F.

The platform is a nightmare in my opinion. So easy for bad actors to go in and write horrible reviews for legitimate trucking companies.

 

Thankfully many brokers out there are actually competent and can read those reviews and make a sound judgement. I would advise to always articulate a good, professional response to each report. From personal experience, I know what brokers are the vindictive freight guard writers and who is not. If you reply to a Assure/411 report and sound like you have sense enough, i can over look it. OR ill ask you about it and see what you have to say.

Now if all i see are double brokering reports, or 10 reports for late truck, that is a bit different.

As for the Youtube video, im not sure who would waste so much time and effort to fraudulently report a carrier for something made up. Im sure its possible, but i dont know anyone who would do it.
