Alot has changed and is changing.
A week ago I was establishing a truck for a road test etc to reupgrade to my CDL A without too much trouble. A few days after that I had pending tests and certain birdies with the State as to what will be expected of me when I renew that CDL in the future made me think twice.
If I had held a CDL all this time, the changes are finally getting to where it would be time for me to turn that in and walk away from it. Just like the old Class A days where we lost hundreds of thousands around the early 90's when they walked away from the Mandatory CDLA and all the drug testing etc that goes with it.
Now it's my turn to walk away.

Hire lawyers and start suing for defamation/slander. Note down all the freight you’ve lost and why.
We have to stand up for ourselves. Putting your tail between your legs and not doing anything about the problem is not helping. -

I called Carrier411 and asked the lady who answered the phone if they were approved by the Better Business Bureau? She didn't understand the question, so I repeated it and she hung up on me - And this is a company that holds the reputation of trucking companies in their hands!!!! I would love to see an attorney file a class action lawsuit against not only Carrier411 but also against any broker that reported bogus or frivolous claims against a trucking company...
TallJoe Thanks this. -
I work in the industry for a moderate sized 3PL with assets. I can tell you first off, not all of us are bad. We work to take care of all of our carrier partners the right way. I personally think its pretty petty and low to FG a carrier for something like what OP posted about. Those reports should only be out there for serious situations, like identity theft, claim issues, hostage loads, etc. In theory it is supposed to work to everyone's advantage, but some ### hat brokers choose to abuse it and post ridiculous reports. I will say there is a plethora of double brokering going on in some markets and Carrier 411 helps us guard against being in those situations. Any feedback from you folks is appreciated.

On carrier 411, any broker can write anything about any carrier and you can not even contact them to prove that thats wrong report. One of the broker put report against me stating that i was hosting the freight and ask for more money. Hows that possible?? So carrier 411 is radiclious

Simple question, I got a false report against my company as well. I have been turned down a few good loads because of it. How long does this stay on the record. I was going to hire an attorney to write a letter but after seeing the other comment above and realizing it did not help that person, I decided not to waste my time or money. When will this report fall off record?
