Carrier 411 is working as like a Mafia. They always in favour of Brokerage companies. They even don't listen to Carriers explanation. Even if you will call on their phone number then they say directly that " you are a trucking company and we don't have any solution for you. If you Will call us again then we will block you." It happened with us. NAVAJO brokerage put a false report against us. I can see it false because they gave us load. On rate con it was saying 1pm pickup but sametime we aksed them that we are 200 miles away from shipper so we can be there around 3 or 3:30pm. They sent us email that you can pickup till 4pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and shipper said they close at 1pm. We called broker and he said this is customer's fault. We asked for TONU and plus some extra money for extra miles. We asked for $250. He said he can't pay any penny because customer denied it.......Now tell me where is carrier's fault ???? We arrived on time and still we didn't get anything . We report of that broker on DAT and in reply he put our report on Carrier411 with load hostage. We even didn't pickup the load and he put our report that we hostage the product. We called carrier411 and tzhey said we can't do nything......EVERYONE SHOULD COMPAINT ABOUT CARRIER411. THEIR EMPLOYEES CUSSING THE CARRIER AND RUINING THEIR BUSINEES WITH THEIR WORST POLICY

If you will see he had written we cussed on him and whatever he wrote in report is completely false . He never offered us any layover or TONU. He just simply said that we were late for pickup so he can't pay us money. But in previous email he saying that you are good for pickup till 4pm. Carriers also have to pay their drivers. We also have alot of expenses but these kind of brokers have ruined whole market. We know that everything is said by broker but am surprised that carrier 411 never look on these emails in which broker said us clearly that you can be there 4pm and then he said sorry he can't pay us TONU because we were late.

I don't think you understand. I'm not questioning your account. I don't really have a dog in this fight one way or the other. All I'm trying to tell you is that your anger at Carrier411 is misplaced- it's perfectly reasonable for you to be upset with the broker from Navajo. But Carrier411 functioned as intended. There was a report which reads rather frivolously to begin with, and you were able to rebut it with your own response. That's all I'm saying- no more, no less.

Gather all evidence, screen shots of calls, confirmation, emails, freightgard reports.
You then decide if you want to go to court(I would) and if you can win.
You can sue for breech of contract for the TONU if you have enough evidence to convince a judge.
You can also sue for libel. And I would point out the "held load hostage" and others that is damaging to your business.
Every broker that denied doing any business because of this report, kindly ask them if they could send you an email on being denied on the report and how much the load was paying. This will add up to your libel charges.
You can also sue Freightgard too as well as the broker for libel.
