I think every carrier should take these steps to remove the bugs and dirt from this industry created by these kind of people. Really thanks to share this knowledge with me. I was thinking it will cost me alot and its a lengthy procedure but now am thinking that i should take this step. If i got justice then definitely other carriers will also do the same.

I imagine that when another broker reads the report and sees that it was tagged for "held load hostage" "repeated pickup or delivery service failures" "fraudlent activity" and "unethical behavior", odds are pretty good that they'll dismiss the report outright after reading what the broker posted. I would. I wouldn't even waste the time to question you about it, and just go about conducting our business. The whole report is frivolous. That much is evident. All that 411 does is act as an unbiased reporting platform. There's also FG reports out there against brokerages, usually on non-payment. So FG reports aren't just against you guys, either.User666 and JimmyTwoTimes Thank this.

I sue all kinds of people and company's.
It's kind of a hobby for me. I really enjoy dragging the bullys into court having to explain them self. Just ask if you need a little help with it.
I love the law!TheLoadOut, User666 and Snailexpress Thank this. -
You're probably an exception there. We had a bogus 411 report that got removed. And lots of brokers would not book with me until until it was gone. Mostly mega brokers and that's where 99% of my freight comes from. I think they have clear cut rules for their minions pushing the loads about certain things in a 411 report and the ol "holding a load hostage" is one of them.Dale thompson and PPLC Thank this.

I'm the same way. I will bite my nose to spite my face just to prove my point to an industry scumbag whenever presented with the opportunity.TheLoadOut and 6wheeler Thank this.

Where is a Broker reported for canceling a load and you know it's because they found a cheeper truck!!??
User666 and TheLoadOut Thank this. -
I don't have this problem often because I have my TONU policy on the rate con. So if they cancel, they really did cancel or they found a truck that was WAY cheaper to justify having to pay $250 on top of the rate difference between carriers.gekko1323 Thanks this.

You can also file a freightguard report against the broker. You have to pay for the site like everyone else, but yeah. I'm curious to know how you have proof that they cancelled you for a cheaper truck.6wheeler Thanks this.
