They pull info off the FMCSA web site and sell that info for marketing. They refuse to stop if you ask them to be taken off the mailing list and tell you to place a fake, or junkmail address up on the FMCSA website in order for them to stop mass spaming you.

Call the FTC and place a complaint. FTC 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357)
