All orientations are about the same. You take a drug test and wait for it to come back. The rest of the time is spent listening to bah bah bah and taking a test. Then a driving test. Oh, and meet the heads of the company who tell you that "This is a company we want you to retire with." After that you pile into a van with a bunch of people you don't know and you try to figure out where to go eat before heading back to the motel.
At least that is the way I remember orientations.haz-matguru, Ooops, Ryan423 and 4 others Thank this. -
I have gone through their nightmare. Three days of crap...treated like scum by the safety dude. They bill you for load locks and a escrow to cover damages. Then they put you in a very old mac to pull a heavy load at 64 mph and ave 22oo to 24oo miles at .35 cpm with per deim.
High turn over rate....could be what they do to keep drivers off health insuranceCrappieJunkie Thanks this. -
Canned Spam Thanks this.

Who in their right minds would sign an escrow to be a wage slave? Must be a lot of stupid people out there. I'd walk out, call the state AG and file a complaint. You KNOW a company that wants that is going to pay crap and be a hassle every second.
hunted and Florida Playboy Thank this. -
