I have a small pink flashlight... I use it at night when at dark rest areas... It just so happens it has two metal pieces on the tip that have a short in it if another button is pushed... It allows my husband to sleep better at night :-D

It's not illegal. It's just against company policy. No government legislation said that it is illegal to bring a weapon onto Crete's property. I encountered a similar situation when I was on Smith & Nephew's property. Security thought it was illegal for me to have a stun gun on their property, so they called police. Police wouldn't arrest me because no legislation said it was illegal for me to bring a stun gun onto Smith & Nephew's property. However, I had to leave the premises.

Myself. From what I did in the military and being an instructor in martial arts helps. But what I used to tell people when I fought in the ring, I may have won today but tomorrow you may be in a better place and beat me.

Stun guns are legal in some places, correct, but not all places. NY it is illegal to poses. DC illegal to poses. MD (Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County) illegal to poses. A firearm is illegal in a commercial vehicle (not listed in FMCS) but get caught with one and find out. Transporting a firearm across some state lines is a felony. I have a concealed carry in NY and my AK is expired, so yes I am speaking from experience. Pepper spray also falls into some of that category.

Uhh... NOPE! On the side of MY truck, I have my 5th Group Patch and Airborne/Special Forces Tabs... on the top of same it says:

"Driver is well armed" on the bottom it says: "And even better trained"

The only TWO comments I have received on that declaration FROM cops (Colorado State Trooper doing a level 2 roadside and a Florida D.O.T. doing a level 1 at the scale house), was: "Cool! Thank you for your service"

    JNaum and KF7WTV Thank this.

CO may be fine. Read my post completely. Just because you have an extra tab than I do means nothing according to the law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Taking a firearm into NY in a vehicle without a CCW IS illegal. NJ is also another. Even though I have a CCW for NY I am not authorized to carry into any of the 5 boroughs without authorities permission. Your choice of beliefs but as I said I am speaking from experience.
