Blindside alley you can practice at truckstops and terminals but its all patience and goal alot. Blindside pull thru spots at truck stops you can practice some are better than others for the space you need. With any blindside its all go slow and goal as its never going to be the same twice unless its your driveway or a dedicated customer.

We did our backing test today. All but one passed, he is going to get some more practice in the morning and then given another test. Got to talk to my trainer today also. Seemed like a nice enough guy. Can't wait for next week to get here and start getting paid.

Last day of orientation tomorrow and we will all officially be Millis Drivers (in training of course). My trainer is on his way to Wisconsin at the moment, hopefully they can get him routed through Georgia soon so I can start logging my 15,000.

Do you get paid for Orientation?

Starting in Cartersville myself on May 28. Thanks to all who post here that helped me decide who to go with. Amazes me some of the stories I've read about the "training" other carriers offer. Anyway, I'm sure i made the right decision and I'm looking forward to the experienced. Hope to see you guys out there.
