I would say keep calling back every couple of days. I'm sure they are getting a lot of apps to review. Hope this helps and good luck!

Mr.Millis himself goes over these apps with a fine tooth comb and he has a lot of combing to do as there are so many and it takes a little longer depending on how busy he is, so be patient and as Bear says, give em' a call at least once a week. It lets them know that YOU are serious and not just blowin' smoke!!

Hey guys, just thought I'd give a update. I recently obtainted my CDL learners permit and DOT physical and faxed the information to Alice. Let me tell you, they try to trick you with the wording with some of the question on the 3 test you have to take. But the only thing left now is the waiting game, till I head to Cartersville. Guess Ill spend that time youtubing more videos of the basics of backing, and watching the highly anticipated next episode in Baritone's Series, lol.

Well guys, Im leaving for Cartersville bright and early sunday morning. Pretty much got all my items I need (Randy McNally Atlas, Gloves, Rain gear an so on). I wont be able to update the progress at the school because I will not have a computer with me but Ill be sure to as soon as I get back. Looking forward to this experience and hope some of yall guys get to stop by while were down there in school. Anybody got any last minute advice for a newbie trucker who is coming in with little experience.

I'll be starting school here in about 2 weeks in the Richfield class, good luck in cartersville!

Advice: Go in with an open mind. The instructors are great guys and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass on to you. Watch, listen, watch some more, listen some more. If you have questions, ask. Don't think you know it all, or know anything at this point. Absorb what the instructors are telling/showing you.
It will be an enjoyable experience if you approach it right and take what is being given you. Best of luck to you. I'm in truck 7077. Give me a shout if you see me. -
Thanks for the advice Bear. And every Millis Truck I see ill be lookin for ya, lol
