I have a '12 Cascadia. My AC is blowing warm air, sometimes every once in a while, it will blow cold by only for a little bit. Today I checked the AC compressor by applying direct power and ground and the AC started blowing cold air. I checked the connector and I'm getting 12v power, but only 2v or 3v of ground. So to me there is a ground issue. I've been looking online and it says the SAM controls the AC. I found a diagram online and it says that the SAM connector 19/6 is for the A/C compressor clutch ground. I disconnected it and tried to get continuity from the harness side of the connector to the connector, no luck. I was able to trace the wire to the driver side of the engine right before the harness goes under the cab and there is still continuity. After that, I haven't been able to find where that wire goes. Can I just ground the compressor and run it like that?
