Look for a bigger more solid one..K40 brand sells a really hd looking version..Mine is the ant bracket designed for the cascadia and has 2 bolts for mounting to mirror arm and 3 more for bracket to bracket for ant stud...On the whip itself im useing some indoor pvc pipe used for non pressureized water movement...It stops alof of the swaying..Just grab the size that close as possible in size but big enough to slide over the whip..I think it was the post re cascadia antenna brackets i posted a cpl pics..

I wasn’t talking about the actual Wilson bracket, I was just talking about that little bracket that comes with the antenna that you put the antenna through and tighten up the nut on to the stud. Those are pretty weak and not meant to take the strain of 102 inch stainless steel way up. I can probably make something more durable than what I have now as they seem to be cheap little pieces of aluminum but I will just wait until this breaks again if it ever does and replace it again ha ha

So the ant stud itself...The ones that come with bracket are crap period...A hd bracket AND stud is what you need..

Here’s a picture of it just for conversation purposes. It’s leaning way forward in the picture but I have it adjusted just right so that it stands straight up and down when I’m rolling down the interstate

Yeap..Get rid of that ant stud..total junk..Im surprized that the 102 even tuned well enough..Its electrically short..A 108" by itself would tune by itself..Find someone who has an analyzer to see where your tune actually is..

downloadfile.jpg If you have a Cascadia 2017 and older I saw these Wilson brackets at TA in Limon CO for $39 each. They had 5 of them on hand.
