Its a procomm adjustable mount..The link will not paste for some reason..
Looks like the wilson mount but without the shaft and its adjustable angle...

 

No not at all your just never going to be satisfied with your results..... your getting a 8 mile receive off a crap truck..start asking other drivers their average receive with the same truck.... their answer 3to4 miles i already know this.....

 

38 year radio tech he's done it all repairs radios sets antennas old school did amp key downs 60000 plus watts.. doesn't matter who this tech is not relavent..... customer comes in with his wife driving a t680 t700 whichever.....hes got dual monkey made antennas look to your left antenna is right there same you look to the right. Your looking at the coils of the antennas... tech says to them do you guys ever get headaches. The man looks baffled the wifes ears perk up. tech says theres a lot of rf coming off those coils especially if your talking alot..... the wife figures out where the tech is going with this.... she immediately starts kicking her husband in the balls and stomach he's on the ground in tremendous pain. Tech freaks out and calls the law. The entire time the ladies cussing her husband out..... turns out the lady was kicked in the head by a horse when she was 7years old and she has a metal plate in her head.... he talks so much on the radio that her head is pounding and always feels like her head is about to explode.... she literally disappears back in the bunk for a day or two at a time..everything calms down cops show up. Tech says everything's all right just a misunderstanding cops leave... tech coulda at least called the paramedics to come get the man's balls outta his stomach....

Well where's the coax length come into play if there's no losses in the cable weather 9/15 or 18ft. In length.... I dunno I need a beer and a smoke... oh yeah I forgot I don't drink
