Well i was getting a beeping sound and it showed an error, wouldnt let me transmit when the pick up was running...Have my voltage protect set at 14.3 and figured it was enough...Finally after checking all my connections 3 times i emailed stryker for thoughts..Shawn said try higher and now the radio is fine..

Okay my setup is sucking. Lol I can't get my swr low enough .I have a bearcat 980,2018 extreme mic, Wilson 2000 trucker antenna. Set up on a procomm mirror mount. I'm guessing I need a longer shaft extension to get it up higher .I'm in mid roof Cascadia .Or is there another antenna that I need to buy?

I had a condo Cascadia and my set up was a Bearcat 880 and dual 5ft fire stick antennas. They were mounted on the mirrors. Best I could do with my SWRs was 2.0. I had my antennas leaned forward at about a 40 degree angle.

I'm guessing from reading this I need a yip loaded antenna. The only thing at this pilot is the 4' k40 I think I will try an extension on it and see if that helps .I cant tilt it past the visor .Company policy.
