They come in handy for mounting any radio in my center console with barely 3/4 inch room where there's no room to put my hand to hold the nuts.

Where/how did you ground the body to the frame? I have mine grounded in the back using the cab shock mounts.

What kind of antenna is that? What is the set up? Is that a dipole?

Thats horrible to not be able to hold your nutz..... Do not know what to say to that. I used to use the certs building CHP cars, they were actually required back in the day.....

Back in the day if you wanted to attach a rear view mirror to your car door they were the best solution.

Hey, I've even used these to fix engines. My son had a 63 Chevy Nova with a 250 CU 6 cylinder, he snapped off on of the head bolts in the block, Unfortunately by the time I got the snapped bolt out of the block the threads were destroyed, Called my old nutsert distributor in Somis CA for solutions, he sent me a drill bit and the set up they use to install thread certs into aircraft engines, went ahead and drilled out all the threads in the block thread certed all the bolt holes for the headblots. Worked great that was 13 years ago cars is still running strong. The Thread serts are just a heavy duty nutsert, wonderful device.

Been some years now, I assume you are now in a latest generation Cascadia? Are you still using the same set up? Did you run any additional ground strap to your mount?
