the only thing your really doing is bonding the door hinges together the door is fiberglass crap. the only metal on these truck doors is the hinges.your bonding the metal frame hinge on the frame of the truck to the fiberglass/plastic door...which the only metal on that door is the hinge....watched a cb shop put a Francis on a crapcadia 1:6 swr-----no grounding....

 

Just thinkin..wonder if i stuffed some coax braiding down the hollow shaft of my 10k..Wonder if it will help any....Im tired and tryin to make it up the to the last toll b4 i go nappy nappy so my brain is in overdive..Pulling a 1300 mi over nighter..

 

Whats the point then if bonding the door doesnt do anything..

Or i could swap out the hollow 22" for a solid 18"..Im sure i already tried it...I need a note book to keep track of all this

 

it's metal to metal . not much of that on a crapcadia. it works for me... keep going your doing so well with your situation...unbelievable

 

how do you know it won't do anything if you haven't tried it... so find some braided strap.....everybody gives you suggestions and ideas but you don't try any of them... go to burger king have it your way.....you've been at this so long and haven't accomplished anything....
