Duly noted just don't expect anyone to respect your opinions unless you can offer some sort of documentation to verify those opinions as being undisputable fact.

 

I'm not sure why you have a compulsive need to change the subject matter since we're discussing the Predator 10-K antenna which has absolutely nothing to do with the person that you mentioned. This antenna works perfectly fine for thousands of truck drivers from coast to coast on that same truck but for some mysterious magical reason Craig is the only person on the continent who seems to be having a problem with that antenna on that particular truck.
Perhaps it could have something to do with his refusal to install it the way that the successful drivers and install it and he insists on installing it in a way that does not work and he hopes that we can figure out some sort of magical way to defy the laws of physics to make him happy?

 

I suspect the problem with tilting that antenna forward at a 45 degree angle to get a good match is more of a mental problem than a physical one, since it seems to work perfectly fine for everyone else

 

If his work is so bad why does my radio work so great?

 

Hey Craig if you're not too pissed off to try something new I guarantee you'll have much better luck using this than what you're attempting to do...

 

Craig the wilson Cascadia mount packaging states it's not recommended for antennas ove 5.5ft. It would likely not hold up well with your 7ft. Skipshooter or a dipole without addifional support as Mike shows early in this thread. The mount I used was not branded but is noticeably heavier in construction than the wilson.

I've lived the life of ten men in this world my man....got busy with a hottie all last night.....but Yeah I'll admit it I'm busting your chops most of the time on here. But it's so fun your such a easy target... like Craig said get a grip and lighten up dude before ya bust a cork or a gasket

All b.s. aside----- Craig if I can ever catch up to ya I've got a 27" shaft pred. Stick you can try use whatever.... you could probably get away with using the aluminum mirror mount for awhile but hunting down a stainless steel one in the future would be a necessity
