Cascadia driving uphill

    I've had this problem in a 12 and 15 Cascadia and have spent countless times in the shop...

    It's hard to find something that triggers the power loss consistently. Sometimes it's gutless for the first couple of hours or turns gutless after 5 hours.
    Hitting the brakes sometimes triggers it. It will be doing fine until I slow down for something and then it will run bad after that.

    Got a new truck, 2017. Same garbage. Falls on it's face right at the beginning of the hill and the city horn starts sounding weak. Every hard pull.

    I think it's the Quallcomm hooked up wrong or bad QC software spewing bad data into the data network. I took out the QC backup battery and disconnected the power from the black box and the truck started pulling like it should. Ran quieter, less diesel knock, and was much more responsive to throttle input. :mad:
