Cascadia egr fault code problem

I have a 2013 cascadia with a dd15 I keep getting code

Eng 2 001 spn002791 Egr valve cntrl 14

with a check engine light it comes on and off periodically We’ve already replaced the engine harness, ecm, delta pressure sensor, egr valve and actuator

The code will disappear for about 5-6 miles and then the code still keeps coming back on do you have any suggestions what it can be? Really tired of throwing parts at it at this point and have no idea what else it could be

 

This is what I’m thinking because it turns on and off like it’s only happening sometimes…there also isn’t any derate or loss of power

 

I have not cleaned the doser injector will probably try this next

 

We reprogrammed it and same issue so I’m thinking it might be an electrical issue where the valve isn’t getting the actuator isn’t getting enough power or something similar

 

Anyone think it can be the ACM?

 

It did end up being the ecm and apparently the new ecm from freightliner was defective ‍♂️
