I got error code on dash EEC(4) and truck speed reduced to 85km/h from 105kmh. All gages appear to be ok. DEF light is blinking but DEF is full, has 4 bars. Any idea what I should do?

I would try putting some DEF in it. Sometimes the wiring harness goes bad and the gauge will start lying.

Can you post more of the code?

Let me put some DEF. At once every thing seems ok. Got speed again and after 10 mins reduced again to 85 but no code on dash. Can this issue link to exaust system.

Sorry, I'm not really sure. I'm no mechanic. :) Just a driver that had an issue like that before.

Probably a NOx conversion error. Push the Diagnostic menus on your dash to get the full code. If there is not one, could be a DEF quality issue.
But yes it is exhaust/emissions related. Sometimes it just clears itself after a few re-starts.

I checked diagnostics and found poor DEF quality message. I did manual regen and it fixed by itself.
