Just wandering if this would be a solution to the crappy cascadia. I drive a midroof pulling flatbed, and have a headache rack. Would I be better off putting a bracket on top of my headache rack and putting my antenna there. Loads are usually no taller than 3ft on the deck. I'd be able to put a 4.5ft antenna there and be around 13'6. Any comments or suggestions much appreciated.

There's two other threads just on the first page of threads about Cascadia installs. Try those threads or use the search function.

Yeah I've seen those about the bird perch and skipshooter. Just wandering if this would be a better option considering I'm flatbed and have a headache rack to get the antenna well above the roofline

Getting the antenna above the roofline would be the best option.

If you put a 7ft SkipShooter on that headache rack, above the roof line, it will work better I'll bet,;)
