I have a 2016 w isx15 2350, 880k miles getting 9.2 mpg, never been deleted. Regular oil change every 15k conventional spring and fall, synthetic summer and winter. I run a lithium battery mini split so it's never idled, ever. Changed nox sensors 1 time, fan clutch 1 time recently, all the air bags recently, 1 radiator, and it will be a while until it needs an inframe. Keep it clean, check for exhaust leaks, cause it hurts the mpg, air leaks, hurts mpg. Change all plastic and rubber every 4 years, air valves every 6 years and you'll have a very reliable truck. Inframe will be done at 1 million hopefully.
