First of all, that POE is only open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm. Secondly, you do not ever have to stop at that one from I-25, either North or South bound. I will say it again, in the state of Wyoming you only have to stop at a POE if you see a large white sign with black lettering that says Commercial vehicles must stop at Port of Entry. Otherwise, hammer down and don't worry about it

 

You’re right. Got pulled into the Sheridan scale for a level 3, asked the officer and he said as long as you entered through a POE once with the same load then you’re good to go. Sheridan is different due to it being shared with MT.
