When looking for drain tube I found 2 copper tubes coming from bottom of condenser also. They were both crimped off and brazed. I am guessing that these were for bunk A/C?

No, I have no clue what's going on there. You should be able to chase heater hoses on firewall. See elbows, one goes in and other comes out and goes to bunk. Same on a/c. Look where expansion valve is mounted on firewall and follow it down to frame where there is a block then goes on to sleeper. I don't understand the brazing unless it was factory for a different option. I haven't noticed mine being like that, but no reason to go through all that trouble when the lines could have been shut off. Change both expansion valves and blow lines out will help. Mine always stays cold, unless in south Texas and I turn my bunk on also and it's frigid then. The 359's have the simplest ac system on a truck these days. You can get almost every part for the system thru a local auto parts store if you know how to explain the clerk what you need. Do away with the shutoff valves on compressor when they go bad, they are bad for leaking.

Yep I did what you said and the two lines that are crimped off and brazed are coming from that block that is mounted on the frame rail. It's obvious from the way they are pointing toward the bunk that at one time they were for bunk A/C. Someone decided bunk A/C wasn't required but I beg to differ.

What are those lines supposed to be routed to?

The brazing I still don't understand. The box in cab has no routing for the sleeper factory for 359. The sleeper gets it's a/c from that block on frame you found. If the lines are blocked off there you can just run new lines. The condenser in sleeper may be bad or some other problem they cobbled it up for. Like I said if you have cold air in can follow those lines, and see what is happening. If you could get a picture of the firewall and the junction block we may be able to further help you. It's just untelling what someone has done to get by.

Where is the AC condenser supposed to be located in the bunk because I think it's missing. There is no fan either. No sign of any heat either except for the new Espar that has been installed under the bed. In fact the only indication that the bunk is supposed to have HVAC at all is the vent that is located in the bunk aft of the ##### door. It's the same type of round vent that they use on the dash.

Here is a pic of the junction box mounted to the frame rail....you can see the two copper tubes that appear to be pinched off with a pair of pliers and brazed.

Aha I see now, I thought you meant lines were brazed up in cab at the box. Well that is simple, but if you are missing the sleeper box you can usually find those laying around. There is a lot more 359 sleepers to be found than the trucks. Their will be an entire heater core, condenser, and blower motor under mattress. 63" sleeper has access door on passenger side of bed with a slot at top.

OK. That space is where previous owner installed the Espar. Thanks I will start calling the wreckers. Thanks again.

Hopefully all the wiring is still there. There is a plywood panel that unscrews under mattress and you have full access to it. Good luck
