Lots of variables to that answer but at least 2
One for the base machine and another for the counterweight and maybe the bucket
I moved some slightly smaller machines this way

 

209,400lbs factory operating weight
34,000lbs counterweight
bucket weight between 14000 and 19000lbs
i would estimate(an wildazz somewhat educated guess):
1 10 (or more) axle for main unit (house and car-body)
1 step-deck for counterweight
2 3 axle step-decks (or flats) for tracks
1 step-deck for stick and boom
1 flat for bucket and extras(bolts pins hydraulic lines ect)

 

probably ship the house carbody and tracks as a single unit on a 11/12 axle beam (it’s how they ship the 390’s from the factory in Victoria now). Then likely need 3 trucks for the counterweight, bucket, stick and boom - I would guess.

or you could maybe get a 13 axle and ship it with stick and boom and then use 2 trucks for fall off.

my guess is a 12 axle with 3 trucks is less than a 13 axle with 2 trucks.

but it will depend on where to and where from the shipping happens - could change a lot of things.
In AB they might use a 64 wheeler and ship it complete…

 

390 long reach,dipper n bucket off but surprises me how you guys have to break stuff down compared to UK
