Thanks for the information provided. This RV is a little different. It has 12 wires off the batteries that start the truck plus the other four batteries and all of their wires.
The ECM harness connector has factory plugs on # 48 & 63. The other grounds tested good. Finally connected fused power inside of firewall plug to #70 ECM wire. It started, runs and now restarts without jumper installed. Moved it to the shop and now the three pedal auto does not want to shift into gear.
How did I get here from a service inspection check a/c and brakes? I am still learning and will have more questions.

That rig was a race car hauler that was pulled out of moth balls. Still a very nice unit.
I just want to thank all the people that responded to me. The only one I see that is still active is swaan ( double thanks ).
Reading the post I see it is left open. It had two problems. One was something to do around or with the ignition switch. The other was a bad sensor. Cam sensor I believe. On the left side above - behind the air compressor. It never logged codes for that.
