On mine you can hear it pull down at an idle.

Actually I think it works a bit better than the Jake's on a b model, but the Jake's on a b aren't real strong compared to newer engines.

I hear it pull mine down on idle also. It will lower oil psi also at idle. Mine only goes to 40 psi, any way I can get my pressure up? I think it works pretty well with the mix of Using the brake saver and Jakes I like it. Be cool if I could get 65 psi out of mine

    Oxbow Thanks this.

There is a pressure regulator that is adjustable. On our Petes it is under the dash right of the steering column. If you follow the airlines to the hand valve you should be able to find it. I'll get a photo of the regulator if you need it.

    PSM379 and spsauerland Thank this.

I forgot that I have to take apart the panels beneath the steering panel to see it. Let me know if you can't find it and I'll pull it apart and get a picture. I tried to stick my hand up there to get a picture with no luck.

If you follow the supply line to the handle you'll find it. It has a plastic knob with a jam nut to keep it where it is set.

One of ours, the one without Jakes, also has a dash switch for it to turn on automatically like the Jakes. On that truck the regulator is right next to the activation air switch.

Let me know if you still need a photo.
