Does the motor have a skip?
It sounds like a galled or cracked piston. If it is that’s a fairly big job.

    LameMule and Adamali21 Thank this.

Is it below freezing where you are? Have seen the vent tube freeze up and the dipstick blows out since its the easiest spot for the pressure to escape.

Oxbow, D.Tibbitt and Adamali21 Thank this.

Hole blown in a piston the vent pipe should be able to handle that without popping the dipstick.

Can I turbo cause allot of blowby, Oil shooting from dipstick and exhaust and heavy white smoke. So heavy white smoke from exhaust, blowby, dipstick. And oil shooting from dipstick, exhaust and blowby.

Sounds like it could be a little deeper than that. Going to have to start digging in a bit. Maybe yank the turbo and see if oil is coming out of a cylinder? If its wet in the manifold, might have to pull the manifold and isolate it to a cylinder.

Just ordered a new head and overhaul kit.
What I am confused about is my ecm is reading a different serial engine number then what my engine really is. Back in 2018 this engine had a platinum overhaul. I have all receipts and called the dealer to confirm, a new ecm was put in by the dealer new. But why would the serial numbers be different unless someone flashed it.

    Oxbow Thanks this.
